Q: I have already paid my article publishing charge (APC) to Diagnosis Press but received a new invoice. What do I need to do?
A: If you paid an APC to Diagnosis Press before the end of 2013, you will not be charged for your article by Taylor & Francis. If you receive an invoice from Taylor & Francis, but have already paid an APC, please contact apc@tandf.co.uk and diagnosisp@gmail.com, so we can review your payment status.
Q: Is Biotechnology & Biotechnological Equipment an online only journal?
A: No. Biotechnology & Biotechnological Equipment publishes both an online and print edition of every issue. Authors can request a print copy of the issue their paper is published in from Taylor & Francis.
Q: Do I need to pay an additional fee for Open Access apart from the APC?
A: No. There are no other charges to authors apart from the APC of €500 / £417 / $667. For more information on the Taylor & Francis Open Access Program, please visit http://journalauthors.tandf.co.uk/preparation/OpenAccess.asp
Q: When do I need to provide my invoicing details?
A: Please provide complete invoicing details when you submit your manuscript. Please note that this does not imply that your manuscript will necessarily be accepted. The invoicing information you send us will be used only in case your manuscript is accepted following the peer-review process.
